Websites and online catalogs for stores, with inquiries on WhatsApp

Selling through WhatsApp works, but the catalog usually ends up scattered across photos and chats. I build online catalogs and store websites where every product has its own place, price and a button to ask about it. That's what I did with Lucy, my virtual showroom for lighting stores.

What makes selling without an online catalog harder

  • 01

    Products lost in chats

Every customer asks for photos and prices by message, and you answer the same thing several times a day.

  • 02

    Prices that keep changing

Updating a PDF price list or a photo album every time prices change takes hours, and something is always out of date.

  • 03

Hard to picture the product at home

In lighting, decor or furniture, a photo on a white background isn't enough to decide. Customers want to see how it looks in a room.

What your online catalog includes

  • A catalog with its own URL

Your products sorted by category, with photos, description and price, at an address you can share anywhere.

  • WhatsApp inquiries

Each product with its own button to message you, with the product name already in the message.

  • A QR code for the store

A code for your window or counter that takes people straight to the catalog.

  • Easy price updates

A dashboard to change prices and products on your own, even across the whole catalog at once.

  • AI images in context

If your products call for it, images of each one in a real room, generated with AI, as in Lucy.

  • Visibility on Google

Each product gets its own page, metadata and structured data, so it can show up when people search for what you sell.

Questions about online catalogs for stores

  • In a catalog like Lucy there's no cart: the sale closes over WhatsApp or email. If you need online payments, I integrate Mercado Pago or Stripe.

  • Not necessarily. We start from what you have, a spreadsheet, photos or a catalog on another platform, and work out how to move it over; in Lucy, for example, the team handles the migration.

  • A catalog that shows products in context, not just on a white background. In Lucy, each lamp appears in a real room, by day and lit at night, with AI-generated images.

  • Yes, they work together. Instagram brings people in and the catalog gives them one place to browse everything, with prices and a button to ask. The link goes in your bio.

  • My direct experience is Lucy, built for lighting, but a custom catalog works for any store with many products: decor, furniture, clothing or spare parts.
